Catherine, a former street dancer and gym enthusiast with limited flexibility, sought change through yoga. What began as a physical pursuit transformed her life emotionally and mentally. After teaching dance for a decade, she ventured into yoga instruction in 2009, marking a pivotal shift in her journey.

She studied Hot Yoga, Hatha, Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga with several respected teachers including Copper Crow, Bernie Clark, Jason Crandell, Jo Phee, Michelle Papa, Sarah Powers and Victor Chng.

Her belief in lifelong learning and keen interest in anatomy, fascia, myofascial release, Chinese Medicine, qigong healing and yoga philosophy have motivated her to pursue such knowledge rigorously with teachers from all over the world, including Carlos Pomeda, Charat Singh, Martin Kirk, Michael Watson, Thomas Myers, Tiffany Cruikshank and more.

In 2020, she graduated top of class from a 3-year program at the Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine followed by the completion of the Chinese Medicine Health Management Practitioner diploma. This has allowed her to view wellness from a variety of perspectives and weave different areas of knowledge into her practice and classes.

With thousands of hours of training and teaching behind her, Catherine is an experienced teacher who believes the asana practice is a small but beautiful part of Yoga. Convinced of the benefits that Yoga has brought her, she would love to share this joy with more people and hopefully create a positive change for her students, no matter how small.

Cora Lee
Hatha, Yoga Basics

Born in Hong Kong, educated overseas, and a former banker, Cora discovered yoga in 2011 after the birth of her second child, initially through therapeutic and restorative exercises. After training as a yoga teacher under Patrick Creelman and Rinat Perlman in 2014, she  joined a 200h training, felt her dharma to teach as a natural extension of her passion for yoga, completed her 500-RYT in 2017, and started teaching in Hong Kong then Singapore. She has received training and mentorship from various teachers including Jason Crandell and Judith Lasater.

Her classes focus on blending ancient wisdom within the spiritual traditions of yoga with modern, science-based information and techniques on precise alignment and anatomy. Through informed sequencing and structure, her classes are strong yet grounding.
