When does my membership start?

On the date of purchase. Your card is charged automatically each month on the same date, and you can start booking immediately at your extended advance window.

I'm already on a class pack — what happens to my credits?

Your pack credits don't disappear. Email us at hello@yogastory.sg and we'll work through the transition with you.

What does "unused classes carry over" mean?

Each month your account receives a fresh set of classes — 4 for Starter, 8 for Core. Any you don't use carry into the following month, then expire. Your balance never builds beyond two months' worth. You can see your remaining classes and expiry dates in the MindBody app under Profile → Passes.

Can I change tiers later?

Yes, to upgrade, simply sign up for your new tier and let us know — we’ll transfer any remaining credits across and close your previous membership with no penalty. Your new rate will be whatever rate is available at the time of your upgrade, so if you upgrade while early access pricing is still open, you’ll lock in the founding rate for your new tier.

To downgrade, email us at hello@yogastory.sg with 30 day notice. You’ll want to use any remaining credits before your membership ends, as credits don’t carry over once a membership closes.

What if I use all my classes before the month is up?

Memberscan purchase additional classes at a preferential member-only rate — significantly lower than our standard drop-in price. Once your membership is active, we’ll show you how to access it.

How do I cancel?

Email hello@yogastory.sg with 30 days notice before your next billing date. No fees, no complicated process. The Unlimited membership has a 3-month minimum before cancellation applies.

What happens after I join?

You'll receive a purchase receipt with everything you need to get started - including how to book your first class, how your credits work, and how to add a profile photo to your MindBody account to our team can welcome you by name when you arrive

Do memberships replace class packs?

Not at all. Class Packs remain available and nothing changes if you are currently on one. Memberships are simply a new option for clients who prefer a monthly recurring format rather than buying a pack upfront. Both options coexist - when your current pack runs low, you can choose whichever works best for you.

When does early access pricing close?

Early access pricing is available until 31 October 2026. After that, standard rates may apply. If you join before then, your rate stays fixed for as long as your membership remains active.
